Want your image for your shirt in full color? Consider the Dye Sublimation Process.
This is what the process is:
An image is printed on paper with a special type of ink. The paper image is then heat pressed onto the shirt. The gasses from the ink when a certain temperature is reached transfer into the fibers of the shirt in full vibrant color. You cannot feel the ink on the shirt as in screen printing. The drawback is the shirts have to be 100% polyester material and white is the best although light colors work as well. Notice how the paper image to the left is faded but when it is transferred onto the shirt the colors come out very vibrant.
